Interviews-NO STRANGERS POLICY
the initial interview with parents are children is normally conducted after hours. This is due, in part, to our no strangers policy. Showers' Daycare does not allow unkown adults to enter the facility during childcare hours until our staff has had a chance to meet them. This is for the peace of mind of all parents. Observation time is allowed after the initial visit. This is a time when parents are allowed to come and observe the providers as they work with the chidlren in their care.
